The CareerStep division at Penn Foster Group is a fun, innovative, fast-growing company and leader in online learning and healthcare education. As an SDR, your mission is to reach out to warm leads via, Text, Email, or Phone call to get them on the phone with an Account Executive for a one call close.
$15/hr + No Cap Commission! With an Earning potential of $60k

A day in the life
50% Prospecting use Salesforce to contact warm leads to discuss their career goals in healthcare and transfer them to an Account Executive to close the sale
90% Dials 250+ dials a day
5% Texts
5% Email
50% Setting Calls

  • Make strategic outbound calls, emails, and texts
  • Contact warm prospects to convert to opportunities for our Account Executives to close
  • Exceed sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • You create your own paycheck, requires true ownership of your work ethic
  • Match customer’s needs to our E-learning products efficiently
  • Build value in the product and overcome objections
